What is
your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, Sled-Parts will
provide an exchange or refund for products returned within 10 days. The
customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling. All
products must be in new, unused condition and must be in its original
packaging to receive a full refund. Merchandise not returned in the
original condition in which it was shipped may be subject to a
restocking fee. Restocking fee is 10% of item cost.
How do I return my product?
We recommend that you use UPS standard delivery or USPS Insured Priority
Mail .
Who pays shipping on
returned items?
The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping to return an
item to us. In the case of an exchange, no additional shipping fee is
charged when we ship you the exchanged item.
How long does
it take for an exchange or refund?
We make every attempt to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt
in our warehouse.
